Connection between closet outlet and drainage pipe is improper |
Engage experienced plumber for proper connection |

Replace it by slot cut coupling |

Bracket and basin fixing may be the reason |
Levelling to be checked and rectified |

Tap hole is semi punched from back side |
Call plumber and open up the semi punched hole |
